@porzdude: It may hard to accept the fact na wala ka ma regularized, ako ma recommend nimo is accept it and move on, after all its only a job and its not your life. Who knows ang next nimo ma applyan na job happy ka, diba?

View it in a way as learning experience, so that next time you will apply for a job you do have an idea na possible diay mag change2x ang rules sa company and all the other negative stuff you've mention in your posts.

Ms. Porz. You have every right to express your feelings. Pasagdi nalang nang mga namersonal diha. But be mindful of what you say. Kay ang mga tawo kung masakitan sad will be compelled to defend themselves (not the company really. the company does not need defending. in truth they are really defending themselves kay natandog man ilang garbo). When that happens, they also have the right to express how they feel. My point is, kung magpagawasanay ta sa atong mga kasakit let's be civil about it. Let's not become bratty little 10-year olds throwing tantrums.
