    Harsh bitaw kaayo iya litanya pero naa jud baya siya point sis.

    Business is business jud baya na ila. If naa ka mga absences or lates maski ginagmay lang maka.affect jud baya na sa imo performance. Naa mga company na mu.tolerate ug in.ana pero that doesn't mean na applicable na siya to all.

    Regarding sa warnings, dili na siya mandatory na company na mu.issue ug notice especially if probationary employee pa ka. Naa naman na sa contract daan so mag.assume ra jud na sila na kahibaw ka sa mga offenses. Pero lisud jud na imo case na nikalit ra ug ubos ang max absences.


    @yiz_mam: Ako ra masulti ra imo sis kai kalma lang.
    Naa ka point jud sa imo gipangsulti pero be considerate pud. Na.tang2 na gani ni si TS imo pa jud samotan iya gibati. Nagpagawas raman siya sa iya gibati diri gud.

    Peace lang ta ninyo. Pareha ra bitaw ta mga employee diri.

    feb1 ang evaluation day--> naay gpangtang2 lets say 3 kbuok tungod sa attendanc ug stats.. the rest na save..

    the rest nag think nga SAFE na sila,,nag think nga NAA pa silay work ugma.. NAG think NGA NAA pa SILA SWELDO kay wa gd sila ma tang2 pag feb1..

    then here comes : FEB2 --> d ka malain among kauban bago pa na abot gpa twag sa officce only to know na wa na d.i xay work..

    gpa asa pa nnyo na safe xa sa evaulation nya tang2on ra d.i nnyo tungod sa iyang QA scores? ngnu wa nlng mn jd nnyo gtang2 pag FEB1 only to say nag htag mu ug FALSE REASSURANCE sa usa ka tao nga nanginabuhi..kung na hibwan pa nga tang2 ra d.i nganu wa nlng g-usa?? for what?? para unsa pa??

    tungod kay 3ray mkya sa queue?? tungod sa pgka understaff?? mandatory OT everyday..hahaaaiiizz

    Dili jud fair sis. Pero sad to say companies do not operate on fairness. Wala ko kahibaw ngano inana nahitabo sa imo kauban sis pero one thing I know if the company wants you out they will sack you, and they will succeed kai dali ra jud kaayo mag.himo2 ug alibi.

    For instance pwede na wala nila na.take into account ang funds/needs for their department unya subra na diay ila workforce. Pwede pud g.dumtan to siya ug TL or supervisor and it just so happens na ubos iya scores. Mga inana ba, dili ta kahibaw ana kai dili mana mao ila iingon inig.tang2 nila nato.

    I'm not just saying this kai ka.relate ko sa imo kauban. Mao pud ni nahitabo sa ako first job, gi.tang2 ko kai "Does not meet company expectations." daw, wala nako mahimo ani kai mao man ang evaluation nila nako. Pero take note dili ko agent, programmer ko sa ila IT Department na walay tarong training unya ipa.handle ug very big and complicated projects. Later na nako nahibawan na nag.lisod na diay ang company mao nanangtang sila.

    If affected jud kaayo ka sa mga nahitabo nimo sis seek legal assistance. Pero kung ako naa sa imo situation mangita nalang ko ug lain job daghan bitaw na opening pirmi sa BPO na industry.

    This is a good advise... rather than complaining companies that puts you down better look for another one that would want you..

    kani ato gobyerno man gud ug ubang mga business companies are sometimes agreeing on certain aspects to which employees might not know.. murag naay mahitabong prejudices ba.

    ang importante na lang dira you pay right taxes to the government and give what is just to your company.. and make your own business na dili ka mag sigeg salig pirmi sa government ug sa ubang company.

    hasol man gud ato JUSTICE system diri sa pinas TS kung mag file pa ka ug kaso.. ikaw ray mapul-an kadugayan kay HINAY pa sa BAO ang lihok.. sometimes our justice system is hard to understand pa jud..

    but if you still insists in filing a case against them then I wish u luck.. more power to you..

    sorry the fact na nakarent na sila ug place sa dako na building, meaning, kaaford ra jud ang company wui, bisag bago pa...kahibaw ba ka pila ang rent sa space diha sa building nila? dili jud sila morisk ug hire of non-performers if dako sila operating cost....if they fired you...sorry but liability lang jud ka sa company...or hinay ang return of investment ... usik usik ra ka ug koryente, tubig, toilet paper, bandwidth sa internet connection, ug excess weight sa elevator. dili baya na sila charitable institution. common kaayo diri sa istorya dot net ang bitter reactions sa mga empleyado na nagtuo na they were abused by employers...kani na case...klaro kaayo na dili lang jud ka kaaccept ang employee na naa niya ang problem...palabas ba naman na ang company pa ang way klaro... nganu man diay imong usbon ang spelling sa company if sure ka na naa sila sayup?

    And di ba naa man attendance status sa payslip? wa ka kabantay? ahh...kay basin ang sweldo ra imong gitanaw kanang payday, sis... maulaw pud unta ta dawat sweldo if wa man diay ta nakameet sa passing grade sa performance and attendance.... bisag asa na company, they only hire quality people. but di man na nimo makitan upon application sa job... so mao na na tight kaayo ang metrics gigamit sa contractual and proby... pasalamat ka naa kay internet connection ug break time ..ang uban na empleyado dai...okay ra jud no break time because breadwinner sila sa ilang pamilya... kanang daily wage earners... if you only know ilang situation, makaingon ka na swerte kaayo ka nadawat ka sa company that had an impression na makatabang ka sa business.

    Mao na naghire sila balik coz nasayup sila paghire ninyo...hehehe... so while they are giving you a chance na makarecover sa performance, magandam na daan sila puli aron if epic fail jud ka sa performance and attendance...goodbye..
