I do freelance work as an internet market specialist and my boss from USA send money to Philippines using his prepaid debit card to my EON card. For me EON is the best option to receive payment from your clients outside the Philippines but the only thing I don't like about it, is they usually reset your online account password if you are unable to access your account within three-month periods.

Yes pwede. U can have ur paypal account verified by registering ur EON either as Credit card or as bank account
