The year is now AD 2314, 2 years after Celestial Being (CB) defeated the Innovators and the reformation of the ESF administration. Within the asteroid belt (between Lagrange point 4-5), nearby Jupiter, a CB Lab Transport quietly entered the belt to deliver some precious cargo. It penetrated a Optical Camouflage field to reveal a hidden resource satellite for the vessel to dock.
Inside the asteroid satellite, Ian Vashti excitingly greeted his wife, Linda Vashti, after her 2-year assignment to Jupiter to create two new GN Drives. The CB staff is seen unloading the two brand new GN Drives and revealing a incomplete MS. Ian remarks on the unfinished MS, which he believes is the one that Gundam Meister Setsuna F. Seiei had wanted to help people understand each other, GNT-0000 00 Qan[T]. In between this time, other events are unfolding.
Both Setsuna and Lockon Stratos were tipped off by Veda/Tieria Erde about an assassination attempt by the Union Corporation against Princess Marina Ismail. As the two prepare for their intervention, Allelujah Haptism and Marie Parfacy traveled through Eurasia, and a new Innovade body is being created by Tieria. Unknown to anyone, a silvery mass of blob impacts upon the derelict Europa, the destroyed station that created the GN Drives near Jupiter. The station suddenly sprang to life. All the computers and systems turned on and began moving towards Earth.
