    yah it's not bailable but can still avail presidential pardon!, for the past 7 seven years after erap had been remove from power, GMA and ERAP had been the symbol of Division of the country!, i don't know why some people still support erap, we can live the fact that he is a very good actor, and let's keep it that way!, i think it's not a desperate move because this two people are the reason why our country is in ruin, it's just the timing, it's a WIN-WIN solution, everybody wins, besides we don't have two worry about erap he can't run for a any position anyway there's a law that prohibit it!, again i could be wrong with words that i say and i just hope that this division in our country will be over for us to move on!
