ako pud gi suwayan sa pc. no sim gihapon..

the first thing to do is always check if naa pay load..
make sure you have a maintaining balance.
if no sim na ang nkaindicate, pero naay signal, then madetect pud cya ka PC, meaning zero load na..

also, take note that inquiring balance in smartbro costs p1 load. so be careful..

that's the exact same problem that my friend experienced.
naa sya katong smartbro power plug-it.
still with 240 hours free pero kalit lang nag-error. "cannot connect, try again later"
the solution was just to reload kay nawala iya maintaining balance.

soon we find out na pati katong free internet hours kay nawala.
he contacted smart customer reps, and after a day, they credited him p400 worth of load..

i suggest you try to do the same. contact smart customer reps.
