- as you've mention bag o pa ang company. they will change the rules and regulations basta sundon lang ang regulation na giimplement sa DOLE. other call centers mag usab2x pud ilang rule kung unsay fit and just sa business and employees.
-absences/lates is a very heavy offense for the business. naa na silay giapas na service level.
-medical benefits ang employees ra jud unta dpat ana. prerogative na sa company and kasabutan sa hmo regarding dependents.
-why need month to date absences/lates? you yourself know if na late or niabsent ka anang adlawa. tingalig busy lang mao dili mo maupdate sa stats.
ikaw ra niingon na sayon ang work, dakog sweldo, makainternet etc.. so try to analyze IF mopasaka kag kaso makadaog ba ka. you signed their contract right? basaha usab ang naa sa contract. the things they are doing are not grave offense against the employee.
