    same ranag building namo.. here's my opinion and comment

    - as you've mention bag o pa ang company. they will change the rules and regulations basta sundon lang ang regulation na giimplement sa DOLE. other call centers mag usab2x pud ilang rule kung unsay fit and just sa business and employees.

    -absences/lates is a very heavy offense for the business. naa na silay giapas na service level.

    -medical benefits ang employees ra jud unta dpat ana. prerogative na sa company and kasabutan sa hmo regarding dependents.

    -why need month to date absences/lates? you yourself know if na late or niabsent ka anang adlawa. tingalig busy lang mao dili mo maupdate sa stats.

    ikaw ra niingon na sayon ang work, dakog sweldo, makainternet etc.. so try to analyze IF mopasaka kag kaso makadaog ba ka. you signed their contract right? basaha usab ang naa sa contract. the things they are doing are not grave offense against the employee.

    nakasuway na ko work sa tanan industry...echos... but ang top reason nganu tangtangon ang empleyado kay mainly due to this: nasayup sila hire sa empleyado, nagtuo na makaperform, dili diay...

    i agree jud ni CocoCrunch...dili naman ka pahibaw-on pila imo absences kay ikaw mismo makahibaw na excessive na imong absences...if wa pa ka kabantay na daghan imong absences, basin absinot jud kang dako mao na na comfy na kaayo ka moabsent... because if you care about your job, dili na ka dapat iremind.

    unya, wa ka kahibaw na anang mga rules na like 7-point system, mao na ila way ma purge or cleanup sa ilang workforce aron ang mahabilin katong performers jud...by the way, pila man diay ka ka months sa company, sis? nganu naka 3 points na ka? 6 months? 1 year? if na-incur nimo 3 pts in matter of short period like 2 months ra... awsss, absenot kang daku! angay ra jud kang putbolon, Day.

    sorry the fact na nakarent na sila ug place sa dako na building, meaning, kaaford ra jud ang company wui, bisag bago pa...kahibaw ba ka pila ang rent sa space diha sa building nila? dili jud sila morisk ug hire of non-performers if dako sila operating cost....if they fired you...sorry but liability lang jud ka sa company...or hinay ang return of investment ... usik usik ra ka ug koryente, tubig, toilet paper, bandwidth sa internet connection, ug excess weight sa elevator. dili baya na sila charitable institution. common kaayo diri sa istorya dot net ang bitter reactions sa mga empleyado na nagtuo na they were abused by employers...kani na case...klaro kaayo na dili lang jud ka kaaccept ang employee na naa niya ang problem...palabas ba naman na ang company pa ang way klaro... nganu man diay imong usbon ang spelling sa company if sure ka na naa sila sayup?

    And di ba naa man attendance status sa payslip? wa ka kabantay? ahh...kay basin ang sweldo ra imong gitanaw kanang payday, sis... maulaw pud unta ta dawat sweldo if wa man diay ta nakameet sa passing grade sa performance and attendance.... bisag asa na company, they only hire quality people. but di man na nimo makitan upon application sa job... so mao na na tight kaayo ang metrics gigamit sa contractual and proby... pasalamat ka naa kay internet connection ug break time ..ang uban na empleyado dai...okay ra jud no break time because breadwinner sila sa ilang pamilya... kanang daily wage earners... if you only know ilang situation, makaingon ka na swerte kaayo ka nadawat ka sa company that had an impression na makatabang ka sa business.

    Mao na naghire sila balik coz nasayup sila paghire ninyo...hehehe... so while they are giving you a chance na makarecover sa performance, magandam na daan sila puli aron if epic fail jud ka sa performance and attendance...goodbye..

    by the way, porz, add tika sa skype, kay ganahan jud ko makipagfrienz nimo.

    hahaaaiiizzz..kaluoy pd aning newbieha ui..if mao ra ni imong reason para ma member ka ng sayang2 lng ka sa imong time..

    mau pa mg trabaho nlng ka..ma late nya kas imong work or even ma abssent nah tang2on jd kag dli oras dha..

    bsg breadwinner ka ha?!? mau pa focus nlng kas work nmo ky nah gooduk ug ma abot kag 7points..<--ba-bye nah!
