Unsa pay laing company sa lapu-lapu nga hiring para data entry ug customer service / technical support?

unprofessional jud kaayo ang mga nag interview i think they are just ordinary employees there who doesn't have the knowledge about human relations.

heres the info for those who wanted to apply as data entry (100): first is initial interview(informal ky f sayop imo tubag kataw.an ka nilang 3 ky 3 sila mg.intrvw then 4 mo idungan og intrvw)), typing speed, IQ exam 40mins. if u passed for final interview. f u r hired graveyard shift + 305.00/day + 1month and 15days contract.

I really don't have a plan on replying in your post since i know that you are just of those bitter people who was not able to make it. First of all, a panel interview is one of the best way to determine the best people for the job mainly because of the following reasons:

1. It can tell us directly which of those who are serious basically by just seeing their determination in participating and answering
2. We are able to know if people have the potential by merely hearing how they answer and how they express themselves
3. We generally use deep and thought-provoking questions to know the best catch. How else can you know ones reasoning ability and logic if you only ask objective questions such as "where do you live?" and "how old are you?"? I have been to a lot of interviews already and I have been asked mostly on thought-provoking questions specially in the call-center industry and I can say that these out of the box questions are better standards in measuring the best people.

We gave you the best questions we got and we did our work as an interviewer so don't dare say that we are unprofessional.

By just looking at your posts on how you failed on the other company, I can say that you are just bitter and I understand that because this is a free country.

Our questions before are actually sensible. We are college graduates and we know what we are doing. I sympathize you so I'll be giving you an advice... study well and better luck next time. I know you can do it!

no offense too dude.. but, regarding sa "nurse thing"... maybe the reason why hospitals here in cebu can't give them the salary range they're earning in Lighthouse, it because Hospitals rejected them.. cguro dli pd mga board passer ang mga nurse nga ning apply ug nag work sa Lighthouse.. Na intrega lng ko ha..? Coz, dako2x jd cguro ang sallary dha.. if maz ge pili sa mga nurse ang mo work dha.. compare sa mga hospitals dri sa cebu... nga maz mka gain experience pa cla ug experience sa elang field.. then naa pjd clay chance nga mka earn ug dako2x nga salary abroad...

my classmate naa karon dri nag work nindot man daw paagi nila kay every 15 days ang sweldo..dapat mahuman lng jud ang imo g pahuman 1 month contractual nila pero pwd ka renew bag.o.. fresh nursing grad ako klasm8.. cge na gani panglibre og dota ron..hahaha

Niapply ko before diri, gamay man kaayog sweldo ingon akong interviewer so wa nku gitiwas ang interview, gi decline nku. Sorry ha pero naay usa dri nga bitter kaayo sa iyang life, if nahagbong ka sa exam or intrview with lighthouse ayaw lng pod dibdiba ug maayo to the extent nga daoton nmo ang company. TBYC!

Lighthouse is probably one of those companies who can either make you or break you. The world is tough but if in the end you don't lose yourself in the process, you will surely end up being greater than you have ever imagined.

Best ang management sa lighthousesoftware? What makes it best nga sigi mana ka delayed ang ilang sweldo. There is nothing good about this company so far. Ako friend cgi reklamo kay cgi na jud ka delayed ila sweldo. So it is for you to take the risk if ok ra ninyo ma delayed inyong $$$$

yea! I agree with this. perme jud ma delay... even I, myself ge ingnan ko sa nag interview nako nga ma delay jud daw ilang sweldo... good for me, ala ko nadawat. heheeh

Pirme jud delay sweldo,, maihap ra dle.......depends sa client kng mubayad.. good thing nka stay ko for almost 8months nka gain og more friends & experience..
