Daghan hinungdan ana Bro, hasula bitaw basta ingun ani nga problem. Check ang imung installed drivers compatability and hardware, adobe flash player etc.

Sunda akong gi buhat, sold my i5 2500k, bought an e2140 and got a 6MBPS connection from Globe. I am never going back!
Bitaw, try to troubleshoot. First thing I would do before checking the hardware is to do a fresh OS install.

back to scratch nalang TS.. reformat everything... daghan na junk imo OS. then if naa budget, i separate na imo OS drive sa imo workdrive, basta at least separate imo OS ug harddisk if possible.

turn off speed step on the BIOS, install GPU tweaking utility (MSI Afterburner, Vtune, Etc.) i fixed set imong GPU clock, shader clock ug memory clock to factory settings, then set it to apply on start-up, kita kag bangis nga dagan ana TS hehehe, di na na mu downclock imong CPU ug Videocard, downside is kalas kuryente

dili nako ma imagine kung unsa problema TS. i dont thing enabling or disabling speedstep(or C'n'Q for AMD) will help your problem nor i see noticable delays in enabling such power management. i overclock different machine configs and enable power managements too. i dont see a reason to have your hardware run at 100%(or more) all the time.
