If your working and member ka sa pag-ibig why Not avail a housing Loan? instead mag abang ka kada bulan imu nlan ihulog sa housing loan imu pang balay. unya imung abangan kada bulan mas dako pa jud na sa imung bayranan sa housing loan.

Sayun ra kaayu mu ingun after 5 years makatigum ko kay di baya matag an ang panahon, what if wala paka natigum? abang nsad ka. Mas sayu ka mu loan ug balay mas maayu kay lisod na kaayu 60 years old naka naa ghapon ka utang sa Pag-ibig.

naa man formula para ana bai. i think if you plan on staying in a certain area for more than 10yrs, the money wasted on rent could very much be invested in a home. if you have plans of going elsewhere in less than 10yrs that money is pretty much wasted if you DO buy a home. might as well spend it in relocation and whatnot.

    Just to add up...

Much better to BUY a HOUSE and LOT today than LATER...
Property Values are increasing every quarter...
If magkatigum ka 2M after 5yrs to buy a house... 2M after 5yrs. is no longer the same 2M today... Low Value na kana kay mahal na kaayo ang mga house and lots at that time... then mgkadugay... mgkalayu ang mga house and lot developments...

Think of inflation nalang pud... Better to buy nlng pud today... Kay ang 2M house na mapalit nimu today... Mabaligya nimu into Higher price sooner or later...

i tried inquiring at pag-ibig before, and based on the loan amount and period, the monthly amortization will roughly be 2x the rent i'm paying now. in short my monthly expenses will double, and we haven't included the additional expenses that will be incurred while the construction is ongoing.

if i look for a cheaper house, i can purchase one now but these are usually located far away from the city and based on my friends' and relatives' experiences, it will be cheap initially but will entail a lot of costs in less than a year because of cheap materials - roof will start to leak, vinyl tiles will peel off, toilet and other pipes start to drip. if that is the case, i think i am more inclined to continue renting my place now kay ma-stress ra tingali ko ana.

i am trying to look for a bit more classy one.. not class A as in Maria Luisa, North Town, Beverly Hills level.. basin half ra sa parking lot ma-afford nako ana hehe. maybe class B like the usual neighboring subdivisions you see in the newspapers.
