    Default Singapore Swing

    dear all,

2 years went to singapore for some swing. city tour and also visited sentosa island very nice specially for the light show at night and good and cheap foods there in sentosa island, just look for the food court near the light show. also visited the singapore day zoo and night zoo, yes there is a night zoo and it is most interesting.

there is this 24hour Department Store! YES 24HOURS SHOP TILL YOU DROP! or SHOP TILL YOUR POCKET HURTS whichever comes first. the Department Store is a very legit store of course! knowing singapore, the price is just regular or a-ok and there are various type of things to buy there like electronics, jewelry or just plain food and clothes. don't forget to go to glitzy Orchard Road. the shops in Orchard Road are of course the more and most expensive of their kinds. there you can see the Virtu cellphone (the most expensive of its kind) the price was soooo expensive that i was blinded . so many things to do and so little time.

to go there inquire about the cheapest way to visit singapore. you can ask your local travel agency. for me, hotel is only a place to stay at night so i don't really bother about what kind of hotel i am in as long as it is clean and decent.

last time my family and i went on what we call a singapore swing by silkair/singapore airlines. our excursion were optional meaning we had to bring money to pay for it and it was well worth it even if it was not that expensive.

hope you can try the singapore swing. you will really enjoy it.

before leaving singapore don't forget that in Changi International Airport (Singapore International Airport) there is free internet access thru computer stations, there you can post your experience.

also, there is this rebate thing, you buy something and the tax will be refunded to you. just ask the shop from where you are buying about the rebate sytem.
