If...2 days after menstruation or what i heared 7days before and after safe namu to slep with ur husband or bf? thats what my ex-gf says to me before but i dont truely believe on that when i search some info on the net coz mi contradict, unless i can hear it from ladies hu just gone to doctors advise interms of family planning by using that pattern hehehehe

technically, safe mi pabuthan sa sud 7 days before and 7 days after the menstrual period. but to make it more safe, just count 5 days before and after lang. during these times, nag prepare pa among matres ug ovaries for ovulation so di mi ma sitnub ani.
