    warm up jud ta dapat pero doing heavy exercises... pero ok ra na after 3 days mawala ra na..alsa lang japon TS.

    atik atik pud nis dickron dah. mas nindut panig lawas naku.

    wala na gyud ko kaalsa ron nzo oie. faet...lets just say.. financially challenged ko ron...sige lang..i know ill be back someday... 3 months na to date...once a week ra gyud klaro ko maka gym. sige lang...

    For the first time, nafail kog isa ka rep na dyud high bar squat nako..

    I blame it on lack of food intake.. and walay proper pre workout meal?

    Pa tabang ko pls mga gym ratsss
