wala na gyud ko kaalsa ron nzo oie. faet...lets just say.. financially challenged ko ron...sige lang..i know ill be back someday... 3 months na to date...once a week ra gyud klaro ko maka gym. sige lang...

I blame it on lack of food intake.. and walay proper pre workout meal?
