Ga-tuo kag conspiracy theory nang Lopez ug Aquino bai? Why make a mention of the Bilderbergs bai? are you trying to liken the relationship between the Lopezes and the Cojuangcos to conspiracy theories? because its far from it. It's a fact. If you don't believe it, that's your own accord. Apparently not everybody can pick up the bias even if it is grossly blatant. I guess you're inferring that oligarchies are absent in the Philippines. GMA was backed by Cory before she decided to go against the Cojuangco interests in HL. And bai, the Aquino has always been put in favorable light since Aquino returned ABS-CBN, Meralco and PDI to the Lopez's--C. Aquino backed GMA until she started to think for herself and meddle in issues with the HL. The media made it out that Arroyo was responsible for the massacre, when in fact she was in a confrontation with the Cojuangcos with regards to the DAR and PARC. Those soldiers were dispatched on behalf of the Cojuangcos.

its fracking easy to say this and that when your livelihood does not depend on the land you are tilting... give the farmers their lands.. farm land are for farmers like factory are for factory workers or hospitals are for nurses and doctors....

and please don't say that these farmers don't deserve this land or they will be selling it after they acquire the land.. if they are just planning to sell it, i dont think that they will be willing to die for it.. but as you can see they are willing to give their life because thats who they are - farmers, and they depend on the land as much as we depend on office or factory jobs here in the city..

why do thousand should suffer so that a few cojuanco's and aquino's can live an abundant life?

Isang warrant of arrestlaban sa mga lider-magsasaka ng Hacienda Luisita ang inilabas ngayong araw ng Tarlac Municipal Trial Court, ayon kay Lito Bais, tagapangulo ng United Luisita Workers Union (ULWU).

Sa panayam ng Pinoy Weekly, ikinuwento ni Bais na bandang ala-una ng hapon, tinangkang arestuhin ng mga miyembro ng Philippine National Police si Paul Mallari, isang kagawad ng Brgy. Balete sa Hacienda Luisita. Si Mallari ay nagkataon lamang na nasa Tarlac City Hall, nang doon matiyempuhan ng pulisya at pinakitaan ng nasabing warrant para sa kasong grave coercion at occupation of real property. Umano’y pinakawalan lamang ng pulisya ang kagawad matapos sabihin na nasa mediation pa ang kaso.

MANILA, Philippines - Adopting the so-called 'Noynoying' effect, farmers of Hacienda Luisita stood idle in front of the Supreme Court (SC) as they urged the high tribunal yet again to stand pat on its unanimous ruling last November ordering the distribution of the 6,435-hectare Cojuangco-owned sugar estate's agricultural lands.

'Noynoying' is the term coined by critics of Pres. Aquino from the militant sector to describe his so-called work ethics: doing nothing, according to them.

The farmers, led by the Unyon ng mga Manggagawa sa Agrikultura and Alyansa ng mga Manggagawang Bukid sa Asyenda Luisita (Ambala), had accused the president of harassing Supreme Court justices in an effort to overturn the landmark agrarian reform decision or accord Hacienda Luisita, Inc. (HLI) the P10 billion it seeks for just compensation.
