I believe you have the legitimate claims, but who do you think are to blame on this particular problem. And about your question, all I can say is "what a question?". I mean, it does not need to be asked. it needs to be done. how? well, I really believe you already knew the answer.

If you are really committed about it, then maybe you can start as early as now for your campaign. you maybe already too late, but at least you could start to pick up your shoes and ride tricycle or multicab with a "trumpa". this way, you'll be heard by most of mandauehanons. if you read my previous post ... the 16 congressional dsitricts that did not meet the population requirement ... are precedents that the BOLAY-OG can use ... to solve the Consolacion/Cordova- Mandaue Lone district problem ...

but the problem with the BOLAY-OG ... is that he will not give the local officials the time of day to discuss this very important matter ... ... there are even options that the Oponganons can contribute only if this neophyte congressman will only stop and listen to their voices ...

the BOLAY-OG even says that there is no clamor for it ... all elected barangay captains and the Mayor and the City Council have signed a manifesto urging him to correct this problem ... i wonder who the BOLAY-OG meant ... perhaps he was listening to those who lost the elections ...

there was a motion by deputy speaker pabling garcia to add more districts to cebu as whole murag 2 daw... unya i reorg ang composition... murag CLICC - Consolacion, Liloan, Compostela and Cordova ug ang mandaue i lone district but I guess manong reclamador wasn't informed about this kai he has too much hate for the quisumbing's, ouano's and most especially the garcia's...

the precedents of the more than 16 congressional district that do not meet the population requirement should be the argument for the creation of the Consolacion/Cordova congressional district ... but since there is that move that choyadgreat cited then that is good enough too ...

i don't hate the quisumbings the garcias or the ouanos ... but in the case of BOLAY-OG i know that he has been very difficult to talk to about this issue ...
