Default Re: Looking for Passive Investors

Hello guys. Im writing my feedback kang Al (TS) based sa akong experience.

I am Oz, call center agent and passive investor. I invest in in such vehicles like MFs, UITFs, Stocks (long term investing), Lendings (usa ko sa nagcapital but i dont run it) and kini sad kang Al.

Niinvest ko ani last August 2, 2011. Its a good deal so gave it a shot considering na strangers mi. We met sa SM and amu gi.discuss ang terms and conditions, and everything was documented on paper and pirmado namo. Very professional. As far as I know and based sa among talks during meet ups iya man na gamitun ang money to fund his business which is on direct selling. He even invited me to do the business like mag dealer/distrbutor ko bah, but di jud ko ka manage sa time pa mao passive2x lang sa ko. hehehe.

So I invested 5k. I wanted to invest more pero c Al na mismo ang nag sulti na di lang sa, which I liked and understand kay at least I know nga dili ra xa pataka ug dawat ug wawarts nga dli nya mabalik or dili unya niya mahatag ang expected returns (this is one good way of protecting the investors and investments). 6 months ang maturity and 5% ang ako madawat each month as tubo sa ako wawart, which is deposited directly sa akong BPI account. after 6 months (last feb 2012) gibalik ang 5k (directly deposited sa akong BPI accnt) and I have options to reinvest again. Nahan ta ko mu reinvest pero murag busy pa ni c Al run with another business so di pa open to investors. hehehe.

I hope this helps. Basta, remember lang in investing there are really no guarantees. Naa jud na risks. Risk Return Trade Off. apil na sa risk na di nimo kaila ang taw nga imo gi-investan so do your homework lang using different avenues that you have like this forum and others. Its our responsibility as investors to know what we are getting into. Manage the risks lang. Like what we did, naay meet ups, discussions, and documentation and Al was fair and professional enough to be amenable to it. Ila-laha lang nya ninyu c Al. Based sa amung discussions during meet ups before daghan ko na learn sad from niya like mga sound business ideas. Business minded jud. hehehe.

So hope makatabing ni. Investing and Business is simple but never easy. Its gonna be a looooooong climb. So see you all at the TOP!!! God bless us all and mga datu unta tang tanan!!! hahaha!

Pahabol lang to TS: Al, pag naay lain opportunity pls inform me nya. nahan ko invest na sad. Matsalams!
