guys pde mangutana? im currently working in a callcenter from other company.. and i tried to apply online at aegis and i was interviewed by the phone and its my final interview schedule tomorrow, d man gd ko nahan gd ma sayang ako company karon kai sayang ang sweldo.. so mangtana unta ko kng strikto ba na cla ug req? kai wa paman gd ko kakuha ako tor kai nasangit man gd ako thesis kai nursing man gd ko ..

stricto cla sa uban requirments..like nbi,sss etc.. way labot ang tor,,pwde rman nmu ingnon na naa pka pending balance sa imu previous school.. pa permahon ka nla ug agreement letter na on that day ka mu pass sa imu tor..pero pwde rana nmu pasagdan once mka perma nka contract..hehehe saad2 lng gud..they dont really care bout ur tor..

That is really a good concern guys! If you go on AWOL, you supervisor will escalate it to HR and HR will send you a letter through your billing address that you gave to them. HR will ask you to pass your NTE with in 5 consecutive days excluding SAT-SUN and your 2 RD's. When you will submit your NTE, you can email them directly with their email address or you can drop your NTE at the 5th floor in Aegis' new building. If you will not submitt your NTE you will receive a mail that you did not follow the process but they will still isue you COE after 2 months if you got cleared. For clearance purposes, make sure that you will return the headset, locker key/padlock, get a signature from your TM and return you MaxiCARE and lanyard. They will notify you on the date that you will claim your last pay (after 2 months of being cleared) and you COE.

MaxiCARE card issue? Well, magamit pa man na nimo ang imong MaxiCare na card since wala nimo ge surrender but you have to be careful. If Aegis finance department will audit Maxicare expenses they will double check if there are people who are inactive in the company and still try to use their benefits even they are no longer connected. Aegis will file a case against you since records are tracked through online processing of MaxiCare and they will fille against you. So if you don't want to have a pending case that will be filled in NBI better not use it coz once they caught you doing it, your NBI clearance will be tagged as HIT and your have to face it with jurisdiction... okay?

No... I'm not from HR. I was with the company for 2 years and I have a lot of experiences in Aegis. I was once a Team Lead but unfortunately I have to resign. I'm always a pro agent so I could help those people who have questions that bothers their mind.

If you wish to apply for another contact center company, for sure they will not know the reason for your resignation. All HR in CEBU contact centers have an agreement that they will not disclose any information to their employees on what's the reason for their resignation. Everything is confidential and don't worry because they will not know if you o on AWOL. The only thing that the other company knows about your resignation is the remarks if it is VOLUNTARY or INVOLUNTARY resignation. So if you are on AWOL state the only remarks that will reflect in you COE is INVOLUNTARY resignation. This might give a heads-up to your new company's HR that it was not a graceful exit that you did in Aegis... But for sure that will not matter for as long as you have a COE presented, that would be a great advantage in your part as being hired in their company.
