try to visit the their social security system website bro. www.sss.gov.ph
i think naa ka ma download nga form sa ila website., pra inig adto nimo sa sss igo nalang ka mag process with other requirements...

Hi guys.. i have a question..
I applied for an sss benefit sa ako work sa APS kay na accident ko and was not able to work for almost a month. this week na daw ma release ang cheque but i went on AWOL last week. makuha nako ang cheque anytime or ila i.hold? PM me pls. salamat kaau

guys nahan ta ko muregister sa sss online... kaso wa ko kahibaw sa employer id sa stream? wa na man gud ko work didto... cge ko txt ako tl pangutana, d man mutubag... nahan ta nako icheck ako contributions online kay daghan ra ba au ko kauban na wala gipangremit ila contributions sa stream...
