    Ei guys pa rant lang ha, you know everything looked good ever since I started mga almost 3 weeks na, the camaraderie was great plus the environment, and then the shift shuffle came. Balik mi tanan to new adjustments, newer faces and ofc new Team Leads, not much problem at first until their behaviors set in. I mean, asa ka, imbis nga mangayo ka ug tabang from your Team Lead regarding the file that you're working on di ka kahimo, why? Because tua siya sa laing team and maoy gabuhat sa work file sa tech nga babaye. And he didn't just do it once, for almost the whole shift naa ra siya pirmi didto, leaving us, his own team to our own devices not even thinking that most of us are newbies on the job. Other thing, my buddy was in the other team, the team that my TL goes to to hit on ladies now the thing is even their own TL does the same, there's some sort of special treatment going on labi na sa mga babaye. If sila daw ang mangayo ug tabang, dako-dakoan ra daw sa tingog nya ignan ra dayon ug "Mali kasi pagkakagawa mo, ulitin mo" (most of the current Team Leads are from Manila BTW) while if and mga ladies maoy magpatabang ay paspas pa sa alas kwatro, sila pay motiwas. The said TL even took his lunch break late and stayed a little later after the end of the shift para lang magpa-impress sa mga babaye by doing their jobs. Common problem na jud daw ni sa kasagaran sa mga TLs didto, even the first batch had this type of treatment and some are even blaming this behavior on why they are on the danger list, kay lagi imbis nga mangayo kag tabang wala kay matawag kay tua nanchancing sa lain.
    Sucks.

    Is there anything u can do about this, naa bay masumbungan sa ingon ani nga behavior sa mga TL? if non, purti gyud diay paita. Although dili ni fault sa company mas maayo gyud unta naay way na mahibaw ang mga higher ups sa situation.

    so this is the reason why people who are pro microsourcing in this thread talk in tagalog.lol

    anyway, tell your tl regarding your current situation. if he will not change then escalate to your manager and if nothing will change then report it to your hr. if you will still be frustrated with this set up then leave.

    ang kanang mga "special treatment" is very common naman...even big time call centers have it man sad gani(d lang ko mgsaba)

    Agree ko ani bro gamay raman gud ang babae sa microsourcing mao ingon ani ang treatment nila. Naa gani usa sa mga TL ni mention while nag training pa mi "Papasahin lahat nang mga babae para dumami naman mga babae dito." While nagsugod na ang evaluation balig duha gyud to ka TL ang naa sa luyo sa usa babae para tudloan nila. ganahan ka ana?

    Pero di sad tanan TLs ingon ani like sa among new TL ron mo assist jud siya namo hangtod ma master na namo. So far ok ra akong experience sa microsourcing.
