which is better, Condo or House and Lot?

Hi istoryans..

Unsa mas maayo,Condo or House and lot nalang jud? Kung house and lot, asa pud dapit, Talamban or Talisay?

We are planning to get our own place man gud right after mabaligya ning house sa ako soon-to-be-in-laws.

My fiancee wants a condo kay tungod sa amenities and security.. ako, house and lot jud ako gusto..

Help us decide beh...

IMHO, House and Lot mas nindut, because, you can design your own, you can do whatever you want, Imuha na ang yuta og balay.

Mas nindut sa Talisay, samut na inig mahuman ang SM diha SRP. Be sure to find a good village nga naa pud amenities and security. Like what we have sa Talisay lot, nga naa'y security, pool, near beach shore, tennis court, play ground, etc..

But if you like to live in the city area, Midtown or Downtown, Condo is a much preferred option.
Much better and faster access to anything you need.

i prefer house and lot magkadugay momahal ang yuta, ug mag condo ka, paksit kung masunog, kaysa house and lot, di naka mabuang pangitag kabalhinan, all you need is the budget to build a new house

ang condominium man gud mahal ug everyday expenses.. compared sa house and lot na pwede gane dili tauran ug kuryente arun maka save ka sa imo expenses. hehe.

tinood and condominium ayus ug amenities such as security, recreation facility ug uban pa.. but at a price that u should pay regardless pa na sa imo pagpalit sa condo.. whereas kung naa jud ka House and Lot less lang imo huna-hunaon nga balayronon..
