hohoho...kusog ka kung mag test..pero inig actual download pwerte diayng hinaya...
para ma test gyud tngali...adto ta ug common nga site i.e microsoft, unya download ta ug the same file nga 50mb++ ang size...
-unya tanang oras nimo i sulay ug download, from 0000H to 2300H
-i plot dayun nimo ang imo dl speed
-do this for a month (30days)
-then determine the hour and day nga kusog ka ug dl speed.
-then anha na ka nga hour and day nga mag dl...para kusog.

-then i-report nimo sa imong ISP...
basin maluoy sila sa imo gibuhat nga tedious procedure. sweldo an ka ug worth one month.

-then daghan clients makahibalo sa hour and day...
-then mo shidt na pud ang imong fastest hour and day...
-then mag test na pud ka ug 30 days...
then report na pud ka sa ISP...then sweldo an na pud ka ug one month

hahaha...
puede pud tawag ka sa imo ISP, ask ka unsa ang ila lean hour and lean day.

puro ni sila tinuod. the problem is TIME! you did not go to all the sites and pressed/click the test button at exactly the same TIME, down to the nearest microsecond. mao na nga dili sila parehas ug value.
