    hi im doing homebase job.. Unfortunately ang akong calls is ma disconnect after 40sec.
    I tried to used eyebeam,xlite and zoiper software but very strange kai 40sec. rajud kutob ang calls nako!! automatic disconnect!
    Try to call my internet provider nga globe! but ana man wla daw problem sa connection?

    Knsa naka sinati ani nga problema...sa mga nag homebase?.. sama kanako?.... palihug padala sa n yong comento! if g unsa nn u pag sulbad?>>>

    By the way i already bring a doctor computer.. but still he can't resolved the problima!
    He conclude nga sa provider jud daw ni since home plan mani sa globe lang!..
    ??need bajud ug business plan?>>>>>>

    sa server kung asa nag connect ang imu VOIP ang naa'y problema ana..

    have you asked the IT Admin of the server?

    i think dili na problima sa globe.
    better check the voip you are using. basin naay 40 sec limit mao na free ra to.

    Basin sa provider gyud na nimu...

    mana,, i communicate already the IT staff from US and there's no problem of their server.
    Since other Agents they can call no limit..

    ask them which codec to use. probably there using proprietary voice codec.

    if you have experienced jittery or choppy it maybe your bad network configurations.
    if your using mobile internet you could have experienced high network latency that delay the data transmission.
