Hmmm.. I just started processing papers para ani karon lang gyud, then tomorrow nako i submit. BDO is helping me out on this one. Their services is kind of okay raman pud.

bisan human na ang offer sa Government, one can still buy it from secondary market...and I think FirstMetro or any bank offer those to potential investors.
Mao ni beauty sa RTB or Treasury notes, it can be traded on the secondary market...mao ng mga mutual fund managers can get higher return (in the case of fix income fund / bond fund)...pero kun ginagmay ra kapital not significant cguro...

@MK, I agree medyo dili kaayo significant basta ginagmay ra. IMO. Pero this is still good sa mga kadtong gusto mo try to get their feet wet.
