Hmmm... Why not do it outside nalang? I do see the point of ayala. Online sellers are really hurting stores with very low prices , free delivery and most of all great cusomer service. So by prohibiting meet ups in there mall they take out the comfort , hassle free location in turn you as the consumer will now say ... " ai ayaw nalang kay layu naman or cge nalang mag lisud ko og toltol anang lugara"

You also have to see it at there point of view. You buy coffee and take up that space for half a day. That becomes your office with free wifi , aircon , table and lights all of that is worth the coffee you bought. You also give your clients a location that is very convienent. All of this are to the advantage of online sellers.

i think if you buy any item in any establishment in ayala, they will not mind you because you are a customer. but if you just go there primarily for the meet up to transact buy&sell, ayala may have a say on this since the mall is private property indeed. i think it is similar to people going to marriot hotel, sitting on the comfy chairs at the lobby, and doing business transactions there without buying anything nor staying at the hotel as a guest. i'm sure they will not permit this too. they probably have the right to let the people leave, but confiscating the items is a different issue.

yeah, makes sense. as an online buyer/seller, i personally don't like it but if i were the owner of the coffee shop, i also don't want my customers to stay too long.

actually this announcement had been posted last year around november in facebook. exact words were written from an unknown source.. i have a friend who personally emailed the management of ayala, asking about how true this announcement was...but the management says...."we don't have anything against online sellers"... based on those stories from sellers i've known... they were caught at ayala jollibee, that's their meet-up point but in anywhere else inside ayala premises, sellers are doing meet-ups even until now.

This might be one of those internal rules that do not need publication coz it doesn't involved the entire public in general.. Its their discretion as a private enterprise.

I hope its not a hoax like from another ayala mall:
