I could say nga not all are lucky to pass the interviews since mag phone simulation pamo ana then after that mag final interview... then after the final interview, OM interview dayon...

What I can advice you is just to sound confident and be honest lang jud sa mga inteviews... pin point all the things that you've learned from Aspire and the benefits of it... provide some examples and how will you use that one a real situation or give some examples nga nabuhat na nimo... Try to follow all the advices that the mentor is teaching you and its natural that you'll feel scared with all the interviews but all I did was to be humble and creative on all of my examples especially the situational questions...

Just put this in mind my friend... "wa ka masulod sa Aspire kung wa kay potentials" you have the skills that they need and all that you need is to improve it... so don't waste time, inig first evaluation, let them feel that you're ready and can take the pressure....

hi good afternoon!

ask lang unta ko, akong gf wala maka pasar sa phone interview, then a days later gtwagan cya sa Aspire for training purpose. Then i've read the previous comments nga pa bayron ang mga dili taga cebu. Dili man taga Cebu akong gf, pero on going na iyang training, naa pa bay bayad karon sa Aspire?

i've been with APS before, good thing wala ko na ASPIRE kay mg bayad paka and i think you have to be a registered voter in cebu city aron ma free ka sa bayad.

Agree ko nimo Jumps. Musta naman ang pinaka cool na trainer sa APS?! btw, human na inyo new building sir? Naa daw own gym diha.. plano ko mo re-apply kay ganahan ko mag gym after work. Mahal naman kaayo ang mga nice na gyms karon oi. Pls advise trainer Jumps. Thanks!

training is free for qualified applicants. dapat pasar ka sa language assessment which will be conducted by a trainer. practice daan before ka ma tawagan para sure

actually, wla mn byad ang ASPIRE. I AM FROM ASPIRE. ASPIRE will help you improve your communication skills -grammar, phone handling, etc. One week rako sa ASPIRE, gi endorse ko sa travel account. NAKA PASAR KO SA INTERVIEW. Everything that you will tackle during the ASPIRE training, gamit kaau sa interview. One of the best topic sa ASPIRE, is "HOW TO PASS THE INTERVIEW" kay once e endorse ka ug account, naa mn jud nay interview. Gamit jud kaau ang ASPIRE. dili jud ka mag mahay. Karon, agent na jud ko. mag 1month nku sa aegis. If maka pasar mo sa interview, mag contract signing mo ana. Dayon orientation, next is 3months training. It's not just any other trainings! Mag 1month trainee nku sa aegis. If dili ka mka pasar sa training, e re-profile ka. Meaning, ibalhin ka ug lain nga account. SO, DILI GIHAPON KA JOBLESS! Mao na nga ANG SINUGDANAN RA ANG LISOD! PERO ONCE MAKA SULOD NAKA SA AEGIS, ONCE NAG CONTRACT SIGNING NA KA, DILI NAKA KA GAWAS SA COMPANY! THEY EVEN GIVE YOU THE CHANCE TO CHOOSE WHAT ACCOUNT YOU LIKE.
