instead of using creams, mas effective para nako ang kamatis. kaon lang ug kamatis everyday, proven ni siya to be good to the skin. maka prevent jud ug mga bugas-bugas. then drink plenty of water. then sleep (pero hagbong ko ani kay 4-5 hrs on average ra akong tulog)
