hellow mga istoryan....asa man jud nice magparebond and name sad sa hairdresser if pwede?
i read some thread about this pero libog jud ko kay mahadlok ko sa result basin bati...dili worth ang price sayang lang money
so guys please give me some advice beh.....

If you ask me, you should not only trust the parlor or the stylist but also the BRAND. I highly recommend Loi Salon. It's right in the middle of the Banilad Foodland area near RCBC and Julies (in front gyud sa new Banilad Flyover). mura ra cyag neighborhood parlor, pero high-end gyud ilang service. For hair rebond they use Schwarzkopf products (they are a preferred client sa Schwarzkopf suppliers in Cebu City).

I know the owner personally, si Tita Loi.. hehehe So far, she has never gotten complaints sa iyang mga clients.
