EMERGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT:

I just got word that AHS-2008-015 will be put back in effect and that a new document will be published by Sec Torres of the LTO as per request of Sec Suansing and LTO's Eng Joel Donato.

Please let it be known that we have not been included, asked nor invited to consult with the so called new document that will be published anytime soon. I hope this is not another railroading of a law that has taken place without our knowledge.

This is in regard to the new MC laws from the LTO.

We have to be weary of the modifications clause and the apparel section as this is where we are having problems with.

PLEASE BE ADVISED!!!
