I salute to Cebu City Anti-Indecency Board to there patriotic movement against obscene... but those are minor issue. Our Government can't even halt the overspreading of the lewd in the net, much more in pirated CD's/DVD's.

I say, stopping it will not work. Its like telling a kid not to play outside when its raining. So better educate everyone about "s**". And have a law that is brutal against crimes like rape.
