according to some customers, grabe jud bitaw ug downtime ang 1and1, and daghan sad nag reklamo sa webhostingtalk, and bisag asa pa na forums, although i've never tried them, di sad ko gusto ma victim if ever tinuod jud na.... it's better to be safe
before mo mo-choose ug webhosting provider, dapat mo check sa mo sa mga reviews sa mga customer, however dili man ang reliability ang case unta ani nga thread... cheapest man so dili na angay mag debate nga pirmi bang down

going back to the topic..as far as i know 1and1 is more cheaper compared to ader registrar or hosting company..you may try netsol(network solutions) ot tucows too..to let us know, there's no perfect technology..any technology can be down..that's why no company haas 100% uptime guarantee.....
