ni try na ka sa Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test and check if ur getting the maximum bandwidth sa imo plan? try checking its different servers and get the lowest ping u can then try using tcp optimizer and benchmark again... if all else fails, aw ilis ISP hehhehe...

Bandwidth doesn't affect latency or ping, bisan pa mag 100mb pana inyung connection mao radyud na ang ping inyung makuha kay depende mana sa location asa mo ni ping, kung dri ra sa pinas mga below 100 ang ping ok rana pero gawas sa pinas na gani above 100 normal rana kay layu man.

Kung imung connection 512kbps dayun imung manghud ga youtube na consume ang 512kbps dayun ping ka sa pikas pc mo dako gihapon ang ping kay na hurot man ang bandwidth dugay ka abot sa receiving server nga imung gi ping.

Pero kung gamit ug fiber or other technology laing story nasad na...
