I hate to admit this but i also went on the same faith. Like you, i also bought a pair of sunglasses from a member of this site and unfortunately i end up buying a fake one. I demanded a refund but i was turned down several times. To teach him a lesson that he will never forget, i went to my friend lawyer and decided to initiate a criminal case for swindling/estafa. Our case is currently lodged at MTCC Br. 8 of Cebu City and hopefully a warrant of arrest will be served unto him.

Should you have any transaction with this person, please be cautious. He's username and real name is ALDWIN E. RUIZ.

I hope this will serve as a WARNING to those people who will take advantage of someone else's kindness and vulnerability to deceit.
