ako wala rman koy butang2 anang awards and achievements.kai wala man jud...ang akong i butang ra jud kai ni graduate kog college nya akong kurso..

aku pud name lng sa school nya kung unsa imo nahuman..

not necessarily...pataas ra na intawn sa resume..pero dli man na siya tan.awon tawn...achievements and awards or other certs kay mas nice kung ibutang og clearbook then dalaon ra inig pangaplay para ipresent...pero do not include it sa resume..such a waste sa imong paprint nya dli na siya tan.awon

actually no need na ni... employers today are looking for streetwise people... not awards and recognitions of your life kay kasagarang mga employers dili na sila mudawat ana kay basin maging THREAT pa ka sa ila in the near future..

I personally know this kay daghan mga achievers na ako naila nga dili pandawaton sa mga employers because of insecurities to themselves.. I am no employer but I do befriend most employers and they sometimes tell me that reasons to me..

But if your achievement fits for the company you apply, ok kaayo.. pero dapat kabalo jud ka magtubag sa ila mga questions regardless of that.. kay sama sa giingon diri sa uban kanang mga achievements and awards are just nothing if wala kay na learn in the long run ana..
