Working Student's Best Option

first, let me say that I am not a local of cebu. i just happen to find work here.
so i dont really know that much yet in this province. except i know the local dialect and i know how to get to a few places ive been.

i only know little about the universities here and their academic standings.
so if i were to pursue a higher degree of education (engineering), what school should i go to?

i dont want to give up my job, so a school that offers night classes perhaps or modules is what's best for me...

problem is, i have no idea what school..

so as a working-student-to-be, what is the best option for me?

CIT TS. They offer subjects until 9PM.

If you work until 5PM, daghan pa kaayo nga subjects nimo makuha until 9PM.
