It is not the constitution we are talking, it's the bill approved by the congress or by the senate.

ok mani na bill, no need e revise o tangalon, kung e strongly impose lang ang child abuse na law... kasagaran sa mga minor de edad na nakalapas sa balaod are usually victim sa abuse... ang wala pagpa eskwela ug atiman sa mga anak is a form of child abuse... irresponsible parenthood is to blame... if govt deals with the child abuse law first then this bill wouldnt be much of a problem

Default batang hamog - ginagawang scapegoat ang anti-child abuse law

'Batang hamog' sa Antipolo, binugbog ng driver at konduktor nang tangayin ang kanilang kita | QRT | GMA News Online | The Go-To Site for Filipinos Everywhere

driver ka, pagod sa work, nanakawan ka pa ng isang bata na wala naman dapat sa kalye. reaction? gulpi ang magnanakaw pag mahuli, but then the repercussion if proven na ginulpi nga, 12 years in jail. pano na lang kaya yung family ng driver at konduktor? or in general, if ikaw ang victim, anu ba ang rights that you can practice if the perpetrator is a 14yr old kid?

CHR has been so strong in implementing child abuse law, but i guess its time to revise such law to protect the victims of these so called "batang hamog"

14, 18, 21 years old, wala na dapat special treatment if may gawing kasalanan. a 14 years old should be punished the same way.

sa law kasi, 14-15 years old, di pwede kasuhan at ikulong, 16-17, di daw pwede ikulong pero pwede kasuhan. these kids are capable of doing acts as a 21 year old does, but why are they still getting special treatment thru this anti-child abuse law.

if CHR wants to protect these kids, get them off the street!!!

TS this has already emphasized by many forumers here regarding on your topic.. the present JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM created by our extremely intelligent SENATOR KIKO PANGILINAN has created nationwide chaos in our country's justice system.

mao gane daghan na mga vigilante nagsulputan run kay they see our present justice system as close to hopelessness and being on side sa mga scum of the society because even SENATOR KIKO PANGILINAN didn't find ways to correct his bill until now.

maayo pa ang MARTIAL LAW kay na correct na instead na forever ang effectivity nahimong 1 month na lang.. ang kani gihimo niya nga bill intawon wala pa gi revised bisan obvious na jud kaayo ang kakulangan ani.
