enclosing cash sa mail is always "at your own risk"
but if you really asking if ila dawaton ba if pag abli nila sa imu mail eh naay cash
of course they will process your application... they discourage it lang kay bawal ug risky.

Word of ADVICE to ALL

if your planning to stud your dog with papers para maka pedigree papers sad ang inyong puppies. please always ask the stud owner of the sire kung updated siya sa membership sa pcci yearly para dli ma hold imong papers sa puppies didto sa pcci manila.

in my case, i already paid since march 3, 2012 (pcci OR) but dli nila i.release kay ang stud owner wla nagbayad sa iyang membership fee yearly.

so i have to wait na makabayad ang stud owner sa iyang lacking para ma release akong mga papers sa pups...
