    Default HELP!!!

    Hi,

I have been working on my network and VOIP for like, ages. I have a WRT54 Wireless-G Router and Globelines as my ISP. I can't get them to work. I have asked assistance from my vendor and their tech ended up giving up as well. I tried solutions on the net and I just find this very frustrating because I need to have them working ASAP.

Anybody who can refer to me a "Computer Guy/Gal" who can help me out? Needless to say, he or she will be compensated. I will need him/her to fix this hands-on too.

    Will really appreciate your assistance.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi!

First of all thanks for the reply. By the way, I am not techy so please bear with me if I miss out some details that you need to know.

Well its like this, I have Linksys WRT54G. When I bought it, I tried installing it by would not work. So I brought my laptop and the router to my vendor and had it tested. It was working.

When I tried again sa akong place, it wasn't working at all. It says on the system tray that it is connected but I can't seem to open any sites. So I asked my vendor tech to check on it and he did. He was making some troubleshooting here, troubleshooting there, still NADA! Finally he gave up.

What I was hearing from him was that the modem and the router can't seem to communicate. Yadiyadiyada...

Quick Question: Do ISP's have different settings? You see, I have Globe and my vendor had PLDT. My DSL MOdem is Hurricane H9200

The thing is, I have to things to get worked on. First, have my router work as what it is supposed to. Second, have my wireless VOIP work with my router/network(whatever term it is to use).

Can you help me? or at least refer me to somebody who can help me?

    Thanks, I really appreciate it.
