not really , when you buy computer items in the US there is no surcharge using credit cards

It would cost's more obviously because of the deals and paperwork the BANK and the RETAILER will face . Unlike CASH and DEBIT transactions , it will automatically relay of its approval .

if the shoe sells for 1,500 pesos.... if you use the credit card they will punch in the credit card terminal 1500+ 5% which makes the total amount 1,575.00

so in your credit card statement it 1,575.00 for a shoe that has a price tag of 1,500

I the first PLACE they have a choice to accept Credit CARDS or not....

The TERMinal for the CREDIT CARDS is offered by Credit CARd companies to retail stores...... My classmate who has a retail shop refused the offer of Credit CArd companies and his store accepts only cash....

So if a store agreed the the terms of credit card companies.... in those terms they are prohibited from adding surcharges....

So why didn't they just be a cash only store.....
