DOT shouldn't blame the tourist. sakto ra unta tong gisulti nila nga naay warning nga gisulti nga ayaw adto, sala nato's mga langyaw kay "gahi man ug ulo"....

and these tourists are like my old dear classmate,...lesson learned, always follow instructions and directions...lol
