I'd rather that they extort money out of these high fines. That way, sigurado gyung mahadlok mo-jaywalk.
With corruption or not, it is not an excuse to jaywalk. As a regular driver, jaywalkers are a real pain in the ass.

simple ra man unta ni.. follow lang ta sa rules gud para di ta kaamot.. ngano mahadlok man ta if wa ta plan moviolate? dapat istriktuhon pud ang mga jeepneys.. makalagot kaau kay kung stop molapas sa pedestrian lane.. maglibog na lang ta asa ta dapit molabang.. tsk tsk..
