Table 7 - P1000 for a sumptuous lunch for four is reasonable enough. My aunt loves the food and the service. Cafe havana, next this weekend!

Question lang ko regarding DRESSCODE sa restaurants if not in CEBU the PHILIPPINES . DO you really need a dresscode to eat at restaurants? I mean commonsense wise kung YAGIT kaau ka ug porma then maybe a fine line could be drawn there pero what if naka shorts and tennis shoes lang ka ? Di pasudlon ?
IN the FOOD and BEVERAGE industry here in the US ,Â* only 2 things divides the resto's , its either a FINE DINING or NON FINE DINING and FINE DINING of course requires dresscode no matter what .
