at the moment only smart and globe support recovery of your old num. Make sure you have that card where your sim was embedded to present to the provider. They need it for the sim code. those 12 digit numbers i believe.

i had my prepaid sim upgraded last year at no charge. Smart also openly advertises the recovery of your lost sim.
