sa amo project not necessary na nindot moenglish kay less calls man amoa
we are require to take 3inbound calls per day
ang outbound calls that depends if need namo tawagan ang customer

sa lain project wala ko kabalo unsa ilaha pamaagi
pero diha sa accenture less calls jud...

I have engineering degree but I didn't practice. so Computer technical skills, basic html/css/php ug "google troubleshooting" ra ako ma-offer, unless naa jud silay training.
