PLDT new plan xtreme 4000?

****ing PLDT... a new excuse from their side why they cannot upgrade... this time, they emailed that my lines cannot accommodate the new speed and that they transfer users to the new platform (NGN).
This *****s should see in their files that both my lines are NGN. And both work without a problem with 10mbps, even 15mbps (tested).
I am slowly pissed off by pldt. Time to find something more reliable
