Mura na man ug socializing ning NBA All-Star sa mga players . Mag tabi2x na ug duwa , ug pakita sa ilang hinanggaw . Sukad nga ga PG si Shaq , that was the last time I took this event seriously . I totally get for GMs and owners to come together and socialize with each other sa all-star talking and discussing possible trades in person instead through the phone , cuz that's refreshing sa ilang job . But for players , mura'g binuang lang para nila . Kay ga apas lang sila sa after-game party .

dude, that contest was clearly a popularity contest just like ms.colby said. mcgee's dunks were never seen before, the creativity was really there. derozan he got mad hops too..the so called judges that time already knew who's the winner. prior to the contest they were already told Blake "all i do is dunk" griffin was destined to win the contest to live up the hype and his endorsements.hehe

to bring back interest & competitiveness in the all-stars, how about parehason nalang sa baseball?... whoever wins the game (east or west) also wins the homecourt advantage in the NBA finals?....

I know you're still upset that the so-called "overrated player who can only dunk" won the "rigged slam dunk contest", but shouldn't you have let it go by now?

By the way, even if it's a popularity contest, it's still judged by some of the best dunkers in NBA history. That's good enough for me. Bro, nakadawat na ang mga contestants nga napildi sila, ikaw na lang wala.

I like Blake. I love his dunks. Don't really care if rigged ba ila mga contests or whatever. As a basketball fan, I don't really care of all the hype and stuff. If you play ball and you stick it up to everyone and you entertain, then feel free to play the game the way you want to.

I think the West starters are all right. Blake has played well(averaging a double-double) and his team is rolling. also helps he's in Hollywood.

LMA was my starting PF when I voted.

on the East. personally, I think Bosh should have gotten that spot, not Anthony. Anthony's numbers are low this season and the knicks have been sucking. unfortunately for Bosh, everyone doesn't give him any respect and thinks he's gay lol.

other than that, the All Star starters are all right. should be an entertaining game.

Tony Parker has certainly been making his case heard lately. Westbrook is a shoo-in for a reserve spot. I'm quite concerned about the Blazers with their Jekyll and Hyde performances lately, but I believe Aldridge should be in the reserves.
