to those who are not aware and might be thinking why they where unable to receive any referral.. please take of these: you should be able to take in at least 5 hours of call within the pay period to qualify... also please double check on your friends hired date... you might experience what i had experienced, just simple MATH and SIMPLE logic.. yet THE COMPANY MISSED THIS or should I say DID it on PURPOSE..Referral incentive are given, when your FRIEND reaches the 4th MONTH. but also cut-offs are observed.. To make the story short, MY friend was hired and reached 4th month last DEC of 2011.. unfortunately, had to go for an LOA due to family issue.. was not able to go to work for the cut off period jan10- jan 25 which was the 5th month for the TENURE...IN SHORT REFERRAL BONUS WAS NOT GIVEN due to this reason... 4TH MONTH was last DECEMBER and has NOTHING TO DO with JANUARY cut-off and pay period .. SIMPLE MATH!
