office setting?? and need to be awake all the time??

1. stretch your arms everytime u yawn..
2. while u are using your computer at the office make your posture straight to prevent katologon.
3. stretch your neck every 30 minutes
4. do deep breathing exercises for 3 minutes
5. kusi-a imo nipples to stimulate your epinephrine.
