Is there anyone knows which ISP offers a lease line or SHDSL service or other comparable technology that gives 3Mbps/3Mbps of bandwidth at a cheaper price?

globequest has SDSL
SDSL is more expensive than ADSL.
so it won't be cheap
an alternative will be using 2 dsl accounts simultaneously

pero pirti pung mahala
ang 128kpbs nila nga SDSL kay 15k pesos
