I suggest you try applying in “bigger” call center companies first.

And also do a research sa company na plano nimo applyan. Para di ka mapareha sa uban call center agents na nagmahay because they did not do a “little research”, which results to:

1. Call center hopping
2. AWOL
3. unproductive work

bro, ako bitaw... I started with Convergys na wala ko experience or any idea about BPO industry. I'm almost 7 years with the company now and wala ko gamahay na I gave it a try.

I agree with going with bigger companies... lisod kaayo if maanad ka sa idea na call center hopping. it might become a habit nah lisod na!
