pardon me but you or we are not the patrons of J Center Mall. its patrons are the stall\store owners or tenants. and you are the patrons of its stall\storel owners or tenants. mind you its is not their obligations to provide those things. it is just an added service
they may or may opt to provide you that extra service. still its their choice as to what kind of service and or products they would want to provide. still you cannot demand what you they dont have.
and this time you are right dont patronize it anymore, end of story.

and if you are reading the replies here you are still not answering the question... what do u mean by DI KA KA-CONTACT? cge ba sya ug ring nga wala motubag? cge bc ang line? walang signal? not in service? and how were you able to received the information that there's something urgent you need to attend to? why did you not reply the way you got that message? got my point TS?
and there was no assumptions all im saying is and i repeat, you could have responded or replied to that so called emergency or whatever may want to call it the way you received it. better yet you went out of that place and get your car or ride a taxi and attend to it personally. on the way you can still make the call using your cellphone and not waste your time looking for that landline that doesn't exist.

kung ang mga mall mag advertize do they target the stores or the people? do they say, stall/store owners come open your business here at the mall? no they say come shop at SM so the are asking us to patronize them I think even a 13 year old knows that. why do you think they spend so much time with the concerts , the contests and the promos. huna huna kuno kinsa ilang gidani sa ilang mall.

what ravits is trying to say is...
if you ride a jeepney going to and from wherever and you had an emergency... there's no payphone inside a jeepney
meaning they J center mall is not obliged like a jeepney or any other entities to provide you a payphone.

you still haven't mention what network or module are you trying to contact? if its a cellphone... and you're implying that the other line had prevented you from making a connection with the other line. its not that urgent at all. same thing if you're trying to call a landline. if thats the case either cellphone nor landline will not be able to connect with the other line. in short, the other line doesn't want to be disturbed and there's no urgency

in the end you still made contact using your cellphone, meaning there's no problem with your cellphone and the other line you are trying to call either its a cellphone or a landline.

I never said there was any problem with my cellphone I just said I had trouble contacting the cellphone I was calling at that time so I decided to call through landline instead. kahibaw baya mo unsa ka mahal ang charges cellphone to landline. dili man ko rich.

in the end it only proved to be a minor irritation at that time. all I'm trying to say is what if it was a really big emergency you know?

Contact the management. For sure solutions would be provided rather than starting a thread here.

I already did when I talked to the concierge on the mall and I also contacted them through their website. I just felt like starting this thread anyway, at least the more people will be aware about it the more the establishment might take notice. wala ta kahibaw naa taga J center mall nakabasa ani nga thread and he/she will act on it if my previous efforts were ignored.

you know how establishments tend to ignore things if they think it won't affect their business much.

nag initiative bitaw ko. why did you think I tried my cellphone again instead of going outside the mall and walking a lot of meters just to look for a landline?

but what does that have to do with the mall not having a phone??
